SHIPPING

Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed/shipped?
A: We ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), and guarantee same-day shipping for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Central Time. Although we cannot guarantee same-day shipping past 11:00 a.m. CT, we often ship orders placed up until 1:00 p.m. CT.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: It depends where your order is being shipped to, of course! Generally, you can expect your order to arrive in 2–5 business days. If your order is being shipped to a Pacific Coast state (excluding AK) – CA, OR, WA – or an Interior West state – AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, UT, WY – your order might be in transit for an additional 1–2 business days.
(To our friends in Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, you can expect your order to arrive in 7–15 business days if you select "Standard" as your shipping method at checkout. But, if you select USPS Priority Mail® as your shipping method, you can expect your order to arrive in 3–5 business days.)

Q: Do you offer express shipping for next-day or second-day delivery?

Q: Where is my order shipping from?
A: We ship from our warehouse in northwest Indiana, about 40 miles southeast of Chicago, Illinois.
