At The Sheet People, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to make a change to your order or have any questions regarding your order, products, or tracking information, please don't hesitate to contact us. Order Processing

Orders are shipped the same business day until 11:00 A.M. Central Standard Time. In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled on the same day, we will notify you immediately.

Returns and Refunds

We can only offer refunds for products purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that any returns that have been opened or altered will incur a small fee, not exceeding $15 per item.

To make a return, simply box up your items and take them to your nearest UPS, USPS, or FedEx store. Please send items to our warehouse at:

If possible, include your order number and name inside the package for faster processing. Notify us at support@thesheetpeople.com to inform us of your return and for us to expect your package. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days during non-holiday periods.

Fees

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a processing fee of $15 per item (pillows excluded) will be assessed on orders.

Open Box Items / Pillows

Open Box items are not eligible for return or refund, and we do not ship back any open back items that have been returned. Pillows cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refund

To be eligible for a refund, each item must be unopened and unused. Once our team determines your item(s) are eligible for a refund, it will be processed the same day. Refunds typically arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
