At The Sheet People, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction for every purchase. If you need to make a change to your order or have any questions regarding your order, products, or anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us. Returns and Exchanges

To make a return or exchange:

1. Please view and fill out our return form. Once you have completed the form, email it to us at support@thesheetpeople.com or include with your item(s) being returned/exchanged. At the very least, please include your order number and name with your item(s) being returned/exchanged.

2. Pack your item(s) then take your package to your nearest USPS post office, UPS or FedEx location. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ship your return/exchange to our warehouse at:

Once we've received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 1–3 business days during non-holiday periods.

RETURNS

Within 30 days of purchase:
  • Unopened items will receive a full refund.
  • Opened items will receive a partial refund.
    • A $15 restocking fee will be deducted for each opened item being returned.
After 30 days of purchase:
  • Unopened items will receive a partial refund.
    • 25% will be deducted if it has been 1–13 days past the 30-day period.
    • 50% will be deducted if it has been 14+ days past the 30-day period.
  • Opened items will receive a partial refund
    • 25% will be deducted plus a $15 restocking fee for each opened item if it has been 1–13 days past the 30-day period.
    • 50% will be deducted plus a $15 restocking fee for each opened item if it has been 14+ days past the 30-day period.

EXCHANGES

Within 30 days of purchase:
  • Unopened items are eligible for exchange.
  • Opened items are eligible for exchange.
    • A $10 restocking fee is required for each opened item being exchanged.
After 30 days of purchase:
  • Unopened items are eligible for exchange.
    • $15 exchange fee is required.
  • Opened items are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds
  • We can only offer full refunds for purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund, each item must be unopened/unused.
  • Partial refunds are offered for purchases beyond the 30-day period.
  • Once we determine your refund eligibility, your refund will be processed the same day. Refunds typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your banking institution.

Fees
Any items that have been opened, used, or altered are subject to a $10 or $15 fee, per item.

Open Box Items / Pillows
  • Open Box items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Pillows cannot be returned or exchanged.
